Can you please tell me when this will be resolved. I cannot get Netflix's when playing through a projector.

It is a poor customer experience when it is a known issue but little communication on the matter

Hi bencaspi,

 

No the hub being in modem mode shouldn't affect this issue.

 

This fault is for people using Netflix on the V6 and experiencing error codes when trying to watch various titles.

Thanks for your question.

 

Unfortunately I don't have an estimated time of fix for the fault mentioned previously as it's still under investigation by our engineers.

 

You mention you're trying to watch Netflix through your projector, is this connected to your V6 box and are there any error messages?

Has this been fixed yet? I've just signed up for NetFlix using my V6 box but Netflix won't work. I just get a black screen with a Netflix logo in the top right corner of the screen - it just won't progress.

Hi, I have exactly the same fault ever since I got my new box.  If you re-start the box it fixes it until next time you load Netflix.  When will this be fixed?

Hi, no error code I think it just gets to 25% and hangs.  I believe I have seen one in the past I will update if 

i get it again.

Brand new box delivered few days ago and Netflix doesn't work.

With channel 204 it says "Netflix is currently unavailable. (A01)".

With the app it says "Netflix is loading on the Tivo box. Please wait a moment and try starting Netflix again. (V312).

After spending ages on the phone nothing resolved...
