Netflix not working (error code ui-200)

The last week I have been unable to connect to netflix. It says currently unavailable (ui-200).

Any suggestions? Could do with it sorted asap whilst I am on paternity leave.

I'm sorry to hear that Netflix isn't working through the TiVo® at the moment for you.  I'll be happy to help get this fixed for you.

 

I have carried out some checks from here, I've connected to your box remotely and all looks great from here with the signal and power levels.  

 

Is this issue still happening today?  If so, let me know and can check further for you.  Also if you can let me know at what point you get this error message, at the point of accessing the App, whilst in the App?

Hi Collette,

 

Thanks for getting back to me. And yes, the error is still occurring. We put our PIN in then the loading circle quickly stops whilst the netflix logo is on the screen, then the error comes up. So think that would be whilst trying to access in the app.

Can you access anything else that requires a pin number ok?  If you're unsure, can you test a programme from Catch Up TV (Pick something that was on after the watershed) and see if it allows you to order.

 

If it does then let me know and I can check further for you.

i am able to watch shows we have previously recorded that required a PIN number.

its working now. Our six month free had ended but wasn't told this at any point! I have signed up again and its now working. Thanks for your help.
