Netflix not signing in

Last night, my tivo logged me out of the netflix app (I had previously remained signed in for months), and when I try to sign in, it tells me that my details don't match any account in their records. I'm still able to use my Netflix account on other devices. I've restarted the tivo, but the problem persists. Any idea what's wrong?

I managed to sort this myself by going into the tivo's settings and signing out from netflix, then going back into the app and signing in. Hope that works for you.

You can sign out of Netflix using this path:

Logging out of Netflix can be done by the helpful info given by JamesGrey, you may also find this useful from your TiVo remote control and from any part of the Netflix app:-

 

Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.

 

You should open the systems menu and then you may select log out, along with some other bits of information.
