there's no faults open where customers are having an issue logging into Netflix at the moment. It's likely something is being entered incorrectly instead.
Make sure you are using the correct upper or lower case letters as these are case sensitive. When typing in the password, do this one letter at a time checking to ensure the previous letter has been entered in right before moving to the next one.
If all else fails, a reset of your Netflix password may help.
