Netflix is loading (V312)

Hi,

Everytime I try and launch Netflix from my Tivo box i get the following error "Application loading

Netflix is loading onto the tivo box Please wait a moment and try starting netflix again. (V312)"

I have seen other posts with the same error but I cannot find a fix, can anyone help?

I have tried on and off for the last 3 weeks and always get the same error - I have not once managed to get Netflix to launch

I am very sorry to read about the NetFlix not loading as such, that error message describes the service needs to be rebooted. Can you pleas reboot the TiVo box and then retry?

Thanks for trying the reboot and apologies this still isn't working for you Smiley Sad

 

Looking at things this end, I've been in touch with the team running the V6 pilot and they have left me know this is a known issue that they are currently trying to resolve. 

 

I've passed your account details to them in the hope they can use you as an example of those having this issue. 

 

Once we have any news on this, we shall let you know.

 

Apologies in the meantime.

Thanks - How long should I expect to wait? and when I got the box I was not informed that I was part of a "pilot"

We've been rolling out a recent update and any issues that you may have been experiencing prior shoud be alleviated in a couple of weeks Smiley Happy

The update is being rolled out and we're giving it about two weeks for the whole country, I'm afraid I'm unsure of when specific areas are to be updated. I would approximate that at the very latest, two weeks from my post.

I see that I am not the only person with this problem. Just been upgraded to the V6 boxes and can't load Netflix. What is the solution?

Rebooted a number of times and still no Netflix after 1 week of my new V6 boxes. I am going to try the arduous task of talking to a human being again.

Any other solution?
