Is anyone else having problems with Netflix stopping every 10 minutes?
It stops then gets to 20% on the reload, then gives an error message. Even then, when I switch back to TV, there's an error code there too! I have to channel up and down a few times to get the TV back, so I'm assuming the problem isn't with Netflix.
This has been happening for 3 days now and it makes watching anything on Netflix impossible. I've tried restarting the Tivo box but that didn't help. The Tivo box does make some clunking noises. Is this normal??? The fact that it has coincided with my package offer finishing and the price shooting up makes this even more annoying.
At a guess I'd say your box is faulty and needs replacing. A clunking sound indicates a dying hard drive. You can report the fault by calling 150 from a Virgin phone or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and selecting "if there's a fault with your TV service". They'll be able to book an engineer appointment with you.
Alternatively, wait a few days and the forum team will check this out for you.
Not so far. They said that I had to change settings in Netflix. That didn’t work. Then they said it would take 24 hours to fix. But still nothing. They said they’d call back but didn’t. Just trying to get through again.
I have the same problem. The old Tivo boxkept buffering. Sick and tired of it I paid to upgrade to a Tivo 6. First time I use it on Netflix.. buffering. Stuck at 20%.Very disappointed. Netflix works on every other unit in the home and will happily cast from iPad on to Chrome. Having searched this issue it is obvious that there is a major issue with Netflix app on Tivo /Virgin and it appears the problem is just being ducked. Has anyone been given a cure that actually works?
Same here. Happening more and more often and when trying to restart gets stuck on 25%. Restarted box and called 150 for the signal to be checked. So frustrating! Just watched a film of 1hr 40 minutes and it happened about 6 or 7 times.
