Netflix connection stopping

Hi,

When watching netflix it works for a few minutes, then I get the message "not connected to the internet" and the program does not play.

Is this a known issue or is there a problem with my Tivo box?

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having problems with Netflix.

 

I've been able to locate your account and everything looks okay this side so can I just confirm how long this has been happening for?

Hi Rose,

Thanks for replying. It has been happening now for two weeks and occurs across all series on Netflix. If I go to 'more details' for the error it runs a diagnostic which lists four Netflix servers; it says that it can connect to servers 1,2 and 3, but not server 4.

It is very frustrating, so thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Many thanks for the reply, I would like to help here and have been able to identify some over demand for services in the area. This would affect any service that would need an internet connection to function and i have listed some details below:-
