Netflix buffering

So I've got two set top boxes in my household, one seems to be streaming Netflix just find no problems but the other one keeps getting stuck at 25% and buffering every few minutes! I've tried turning it on and off again and running the tests on the service status page but no joy! It's so frustrating! Please help! I haven't called them because I don't want to be on the phone for ages and then get told to turn it off and on again lol.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great to have you in the Community. Apologies though that you are having an issue on one of the TiVo® boxes. 

 

Checking the stats on the box I can see there is an issue with one of the boxes power levels. As well as this there are a few timeouts so we'll need to look at getting an engineer out to you.
