Netflix buffering at 25%

Help! Netflix keeps buffering at 25% on my TiVo box. I've tried resetting box but no joy. With Christmas coming up I want this sorted. Any suggestions?

You could try to logout of Netflix and re-login as that sometimes sorts it out.

But the 25% issue has been running a long time on lots of different devices (TiVo, PS3/4, Xbox, etc.) and on different ISPs (Virgin, BT etc.)

Some poeple find it doesn't work on TiVo and does on other devices - here I've never seen the issue on TiVo but have had it on a PS3 and Xbox.

I'm sorry that the buffering has been affecting your NetFlix viewing, I would like to help and have already been able to test the box for any faults and it's running well, which is good news. There are no currently outages for over demand in the area, so I'd like to ask if there are any particular times you're seeing this and whether any other streaming facilities on the box are acting the same?

It's just Netflix that's the problem although sometimes we have difficulty view programs on demand too

Thank you for your reply and getting back to me so soon. I've been able to look into the TiVo and shes running well. Are you seeing the NetFlix and other On Demand features slowing down in the evening?

The Netflix buffering happens all the time but on demand does seem slower in the evening

What I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to visit your property so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
