I'm sorry that the buffering has been affecting your NetFlix viewing, I would like to help and have already been able to test the box for any faults and it's running well, which is good news. There are no currently outages for over demand in the area, so I'd like to ask if there are any particular times you're seeing this and whether any other streaming facilities on the box are acting the same?
Thank you for your reply and getting back to me so soon. I've been able to look into the TiVo and shes running well. Are you seeing the NetFlix and other On Demand features slowing down in the evening?
What I would like to do next is to arrange for a technician to visit your property so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
