Netflix on my tivo box keeps getting stuck at 25% loading at least 5 times before finally working. Sometimes a message about internet connection comes up but not all the time. It happens at different times of the day and for different shows. I've tried both tivo boxes in the house and it is the same for both.
I'm sorry to hear that you're being impacted by the buffering issue with Netflix right now. I have taken a closer look to carry out some checks to confirm or rule out any possible underlying issues.
So far after checking both boxes signal and power levels are looking fine. There are no network issues present either which I'm happy to report.
I know you mentioned it happens on both your TiVo® boxes, does it happen on any other apps like BBC iPlayer or YouTube? If you don't normally use them, can you please given them a try and let me know the outcome?
