Hi When using Netflix, the service only works for ~10 mins then tries to reload, and gets stuck at 25% and is frozen there until an error comes up. It seems it's the virgin side thats stopping it!? And when leaving Netflix and returning to Virgin there is an "unexpected problem. (C501)" error code. Have you got any idea what could be causing this? Kind regards, Chris
I don't use Virgin equipment to watch Netflix but today I noticed a problem playing content on my Samsung TV. It seems as though it may be a Virgin DNS issue. Changing my DNS to Google's(22.214.171.124) fixed the error and Netflix now works fine.
