My TiVo box is working fine, apart from Netflix. I press the red button and nothing happens-it doesn't even load.I have restarted, deleted and turned it off at the mains and back on again but still it doesn't work. Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear that the red button feature isn't working with Netflix. I'll be happy to help out here.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine with the signal and power levels. There's no network issues either which is great to see.
I'd like to check a couple of other things with you if that;s ok?
* Will the red button work on other channels such as BBC?
* Can you access Netflix if you follow these steps: HOME > APPS & GAMES > ALL APPS > NETFLIX
