I currently have a V6 box. I am currently undergoing issues accessing my BBC Iplayer and Netflix through the V6 box.
When I try to access on demand programmes from iplayer I get a Black screen. The sound still comes from the programme.
When I try to access programmes on Netflix (when I search for programmes using the search function and it brings up the link to Netflix) it says that there is a problem accessing the programme / movie.
It should be noted that when I have the problems with both of he above mentioned and I try to get back onto the TV the screen goes black (I can still see the menu)
Also, I have working access to BBC Iplayer and Netflix through my smart TV.
Hopefully someone can advise on how to Fix this issue.

If you are still having an issue with this, I'll need to take more information in order to find out what's causing this problem. Please let me know the following:
Are you using a 4K TV?
Is the connection from the V6 direct into your TV?
If using an amp, please try the connection direct from the V6 box to the TV. Does this resolve the issue?
Are you getting an error code on screen when this happens?
Is your Hub set to modem mode?
