A few months ago I was persuaded to stay with Virgin getting upgraded speed and Reuter
With new equipment and speed there has been an improvement however only small improvement
Why is Youtube and Netflix such a poor experience on Virgin
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with Netflix and You Tube.
These apps via the TiVo® don't use the broadband so any upgrade to the broadband side of things won't change.
Checking the TiVo® stats this evening, the power levels are good however there are some other concerns with your signal levels. We will need to arrange for an engineer to come out and resolve things.
