Hi, all new to this! My Netflix and Apps (i.e. BBC iplayer) on the TiVo box is VERY slow, locks up and/or stops streaming. Keep getting "problem with the service" message so have to restart the program I'm watching. Any suggestions or what should I do?

I've run some checks and all test results seem healthy at the moment with no indication of any trouble. I can see the box has been on for a few days so would you mind rebooting the box for me. We do currently have a fault listed for App issues on TiVo® under the reference F004287148 and our engineers are currently working to fix the problem so this maybe why you're experiencing this problem.
