Netflix App Problems on TiVo

For around a month every time I try to watch through the Netflix app on TiVo it interrupts every 10-30 minutes - buffers to 25% then kicks me out of the app and takes a good 3-4 attempts to re start ... have tried switching on and off, Netflix is fine on all other devices - have contacted Netflix and it is not an issue their end. help please I need my Netflix back!!!
