Netflix 25% Buffering

My first post and I know it's not a new subject as I've read so many similar complaints.

 

So please Virgin just a simple, honest answer, when can we expect it to work as it should.

Hi my first post too!! Exactly same problem with Netflix & 25% ring of death! Was told by VM customer service that this was only noted in June this year. Funny how the problem is on this forum going back to 2014!!, basically nothing they can do due to cable network in our area being too old and weak!! I think could be combination of their network and that the Tivo box isn't as good as they like you to think! Nothing to be done a basically told i've got to put up with it for forseeable! Not very impressed

Thanks for your posts and welcome to the forums. I wish you were here under better circumstances. 

 

I can confirm we are aware of the fault and are investigating things at our end. 

 

Currently we don;'t have an estimated fix time but we are working with Netflix to ensure it's resolved as soon as possible. 

 

Once we have any news, we'll let you know.
