N27 error message

We have the above message on our TiVo box. There is no catch up or on demand - also the channels aren't working - how can we fix this?

I hope this has been resolved but it if hasn't then I'll need to take a closer look so could you send me a private message with the address/telephone number and the full name on the account so I can get this looked into.

 

You'll be able to send me a private message by clicking on my name and selecting 'Send me a message' on the right.
