N27 TiVo issue

Hi
My TiVo won't connect - it says that my network/Ethernet cable N27 is unplugged. I have reset the box and checked all connections but it still won't work. Any advice?

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment.

 

I've been able to locate your account to run some tests on the set top box form our end, the tests have detected some errors and I'd like to arrange for an engineer to come and take a closer look, if you're available?
