My husband and I have been having playback issues with our TIVO box.
The box will record shows but when we try to watch them back we have been having issues. Sometimes the shows will play with no issues but most shows will stick and stammer for about 20 seconds before starting to play again properly. This will happen multiple times during one recording.
This happens with all channels recorded at different times of day. I cannot remember the last time we watched a whole show without it sticking.
Would anyone happen to know an email address that we can use to contact Virgin to log the fault? We do not have a landline and the last time we had to call it cost over £11. And we didn't get a resolution to our problem as the people we spoke to struggled to understand our broad Scottish accents!!
Hopefully someone can supply an email so we can avoid the frustration and expense of trying to call.
As far as I'm aware you cannot report through email. What you can do us wait on here for a mid to see your post. Although it could be a while. Do you have a friend on virgin who would let you use their landline? 150 is free from a virgin phone.
