My second TiVo box is saying invalid card

Hi my second TiVo box is saying invalid smart card and will only let me watch one channel

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear your TiVo® is showing an invalid smart card. This sometimes happens if the box hasn't been used in a while.

 

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. I've sent signals down the line to see if I can get this updated for you.

 

Could you please restart the box?

Can you confirm if the error message has disappeared?
