Every recording freezes and breaks up when played back but not on live TV.
How do I check the hard drive?
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue when trying to watch your recordings.
Taking a look at the account, your TiVo® is showing as looking good in terms of input and signal levels. Are you finding the issues are happening on both boxes or just the one?
How long has this been going on for? Try rebooting the box and making a new recording to see if the same thing happens.
