I'm sorry to hear that your recordings are going missing. I'd like to help find out what's going on for you.
I have taken a look at your box remotely and particularly the hard drive status, all looks fine from here. Can you please let me know how full your hard drive was and what it has dropped to after the recordings went missing?
Also if you could check the 'Deleted folder' to see if they have gone in there. If you give your box a reboot (If you haven't already) this may refresh things and restore them.

I am gutted at the recordings we have lost, we did reboot, which didn't work and the first thing we did was look in the deleted list, we also checked to make sure we had made the recordings to keep all until I delete. Couldn't tell how full the hard drive was before or after but I know it wasn't full. We lost 20 or more 1hr episodes
