I have just installed my new Tivo box and its up and running fine. My question is...Do I have to return the old V+ box? I thought the guy I spoke to said I did'nt, but I just cannot remember.

If it is NOT a Samsung V+ it is definitely a recycle job. If it is, the Forum Team here will be able to confirm if return is required.

If you do have a Samsung set top box, you should have already received the return packaging, if that hasn't happened just let me know.
