I'm really sorry to hear that your TiVo® have become a bit vocal, I've run some testing and can't see any reason for this, both the hard drive and the power levels all seem to be spot on.
Has anything changed regarding the set up at all? Whilst a little humming is to be expected, especially when the hard drive is being used, this should not be heard over the sound of the TV.
If the noise is exceptionally loud, then we can look into getting someone to call out and investigate this for you,
