My Tivo box has a blue light and flashing red light

I understand this is a software issue and needs to be fixed by Virgin remotely. Please would someone from the Virgin Team sort it out asap! This is a breach of contract by Virgin - services not adequately provided.

Ha! Yes. Quite possibly.

Research on this forum. Turning off for a few mins at the mains and on again helped this time. Although it may have been sorted by Virgin remotely - unlikely, that quickly.

If the mains trick doesn't work, getting them to do the remote solution thing appears to be the other option.

It sounds like a signal/box issue to me. It's best you call up to book a technician just incase

I am sorry to read that you have experienced some interruptions on the TV services. After having a look at the connection and running some tests, it's clear to see that there are some issues that would need to be looked at and adjusted by and engineer.
