I'm really sorry to hear that your Mum's TiVo® seems to be rebooting all the time, I guess this must be making her a little mad.
I've done some checks on the account related to your username and can't see any issues, the TiVo® has been online for in excess of 20 days, so I believe I may be looking at the wrong account.
