Our Ti-Vo box has been updating for 24 hours now. Even turning it off for rebooting does not help. Meanwhile, NO TV at all. Any ideas?
call it in, they're open until midnight.

Sorry to hear that your currently experiencing loss of TV service due to the TiVo® box updating.
I've checked the signal from this side and it's showing as online. Are you still getting the same issue?
