My recordings on my v+boxes are stuttering and breaking up and failing to record, my tivo box is dreadfully slow at loading, and my Internet is buffering, I think my service is not right from Virgin,and I'm paying over £123 a month, I'm thinking about changing my supplier, I am not getting the service that I am paying top walk for.

I`m with you on that, the TV service has gone painfully slow when you try to change from the various menus and catch up and on demand are almost impossible to watch, slow to react to any commands and almost constant buffering or freezing..
Why has it been decided to put most of the new series into box type sets on "my shows", everything has just slowed down to a snails pace.
I have been with Ntl / Virgin for many years but may have to consider changing provider if the service carries on like this.
