My Hayu isn't working!

Been using Hayu since I got my TiVo box last year but in the last month or so it's stopped working completely! I can't watch anything on it.

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your Hayu app recently. 

 

What are you seeing when you try to access the application? I've checked the TV in the office and I'm able to open the app and play a program from our end.

I can go into the app but when I try to play anything it just doesn't load and comes up with "sorry ... cannot be played right now"

Hi Ameliagrace

Thanks for taking the time to get back to me and sorry again for the inconvenience this issue is causing. We're not detecting any errors when taking a look from our end and we've been able to play content from the app on the TV in the office. 

Are you experiencing this when trying to play multiple shows or just one?
