i keep getting this message when trying to watch catchup or on demand. I feel like throwing this box out of the window.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your On Demand.

 

Are you still getting the same error code? Does this affect all areas of On Demand i.e. Movies, Catch Up, Music?
