Message 7400

Hi there

Have done a transfer today with loads of issues being thrown up but when I phoned up to do activation there didn't appear to be a problem earlier with the Tivo and now this evening this error message has come up and won't disappear from the screen.  Have done a reboot and it still appears and now we only have freeview channels instead of XL package.
