Media key invalid message keeps appearing when I log on the app.TiVo box is 4 weeks & this way since new

  1. I have seen earlier posts about this happening when the box is 24 hrs old but mine is now 4wks, the engineer has been twice as my catch up doesn't work and he will be coming back as it still isn't working but I want the app to also work.

Hi Bridtown, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great to have you involved in the Community even though the circumstances aren't the best. 

 

Usually when there is an issue with the TiVo®, TV Anywhere may not work. Looking at the notes on your account I'm confident that once the TiVo® is up and running as it should be, TV Anywhere will then work. 

 

I can see there is an engineer coming out this evening. Once they have resolved things, allow 24 hours and TV Anywhere should then work. 

 

Keep us posted on how you get on.
