MAK

how do I obtain one of these as my TiVo says unavailable and been installed for over a year?  I have tried reconnecting and rebooting to no avail.  Both my home boxes don't have MAKs.

Are you saying that you go to Home > Help & Settings > System Info > Media Access Key and there is no information in either of your boxes?
