Receiving an error stating cant connect to VM media service-no programme information and on demand etc. greyed out.
Spoke to CS last night, advised to manually connect and restart box.
Tried that and exactly the same.
Carried out the same steps this morning and problem still exists.

I have taken a look at your box remotely and all looks fine form here so far. How are things looking today? If you're still getting the error, let me know and I can help further.
If you haven't already, and you're still getting this error, it's worth doing a service connection again to see if this helps.

Spoke to CS again tonight,they informed me that settings were incorrect, carried out the update then requested me to power the box down.
Its took about 2 hours to connect to media service and its still unavailable as before.
Seems to have sparked into life yesterday and everything is back to normal.
