M63 and no cable connected

switched over to virgin media then went on holiday the same day. Two weeks later getting the messages either M63 or no cable connected. This means I haven,t got to guide or on demand. In the guide it states To Be Announced.

checked all the cables and reset the box and Internet.

apart from shouting at it could anybody help please?
