M63 Error

hi

 

I am unable to record, pause, watch catch up and on demand.

 

Robert has told me to do a connection test through the network option on my box but this hasn't resolved it. He said if not to get back in touch and to read his notes

 

Please help

I also have the same problem, have tried everything, even factory reset but still the same.
