TV gives continuous low band width and buffering warnings on iplayer and Amazon while watching series in SD (not HD)

If you're running the TV on wireless, it could very well be the WiFi side, can you please test the smart TV with an ethernet, if possible?

I get the same message even though I'm hard wired into my router. It also comes up saying I have low band width.
