I have just turned on my tivo 2nd time since last week and I have lost all channels but 5.
And now floats with the error code 7400, tried to call the call centre but it was closed.
Not a great start with virgin, any ideas how to fix this ?
Could be an upstream signal issue. The box has to "shake hands" with Virgins servers every time its switched on. If it cant all you will get is the un-encrypted channels.
This usually requires an engineer visit, but you would need to call faults to get the levels checked.
