One solid green light one flashing on tiro box. connection between tivo and tv ok as i get 'starting up' logo. no tv, test webpage does not work for testing signal either.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing some issues with your TiVo® service lately.
I've done some checks on the network and can see that things are now showing as online and broadcasting a channel. So I hope things are working fine for you now.
