Loss of service

Surely can't only be me that's had massive issues with the service/reception/customer service my tivo box is currently frozen. 3rd time in 10 minutes

You are one of loads of sufferes, including us, I have had to phone about 3 times for various faults, freezing, extreamly slow service,

(Just push this button sir, then that button, & another a few buttons sir, It will get better,  [for a few DAYS maybe])

no response for about 15/20 or more seconds when TRYING to use the remote, its a load of rubbish.....

Expensive rubbish at that.

Can we ALL GET COMPENSATION, ABOUT 6 MONTHES FREE SERVICE MIGHT HELP......

I wont be holding my breath,
