Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that your Catch Up TV service is not working.
I've run some testing on your connection and can't see any thing that would cause this to happen for you. I can see that we were aware of an issue the other evening where customer were reporting that Catch Up was freezing, however this has now cleared, so I hope that all is working for you now.
