Loss of TV service

Hi I have recently paid my bill I payed some by card & some at pay point all my services were re-connected then suddenly tonight my TV wasn't working but my wifi is still active I really don't understand, Is there any chance u could give me some advice please? Many thanks x

I'm sorry to hear that you've not been able to view the TV, I'd certainly love to take a look into this
