Leaving

I want to leave Virgin, I don't want to talk to anyone. I just want to cancel subscription and move on. Is there a button I can click?

No, you have to speak to someone to pass DPA requirements and prove who you are.

Call 150 from your Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 and take option 1 initially then options 4 and 5. This gets you through to the department, based in the UK, who deal with cancellations.

Takes less than 5 minutes on the phone and it is all sorted. If they ask if you want to discuss your reasons just say "no thank you". They might call back during the months notice period from an 0800 number. Either don't answer it or ask them not to call again, the first time they call.
