Latest tivo update

After dealing with a frustrating few weeks and a few calls to Virgin they finally swapped out my Tivo box due to massive lag as a result of the Aug update. The new box has been working for 2/3 weeks and its starting to develop the same symptoms my previous box had. Navigating around the menu system, playing recorded content is becoming a real frustration again. The service prior to the update was working well.

You've answered your own question. The update has caused huge problems for almost everyone. You just have to sit tight and hope for a resolution or change providers.
