Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Catch Up TV.
I've run some diagnostics and your TiVo® and it hasn't been rebooted for a while. Just you switch off the box at the mains, leave it off for a minute, then switch it back on. Once it's booted back up, retest the Catch Up and let me know if it's still doing the same.
