Keep getting Error message 7400 on my TiVo box

Still have 7400 error message. This has been on my screen for the entirety of joining in October. It pops up after a few days. I'm away a lot but my housemates are a bit sick of not being able to use this service??? Can't even cancel my contract. But will do in October. I have had nothing but hastle. Grrr... Please sort this out I'm fed up with phoning through. Smiley Sad
