Keep getting C130 message

We keep getting the very annoying C130 message on our TIVO box. I'm seriously starting to regret changing from SKY to Virgin. Any clues what we can do, we've tried all connections and rebooted numerous times! I could try chucking the Tivo box from a great height maybe?

i have had this message since I got up at 7am this morning it is a fault with the internet and they keep telling me they are fixing it
