Just signed up and I have ultra slow Tivo

I just had VM XL installed last week and my Tivo is painfully slow, takes number of minutes for On Demand to work and Vevo just says wait a moment when playing a song and stays like that for so far.....10 minutes. Really disappointed.....is this the norm?

It can be if you have a network over utilisation problem in your area. However various other things can cause this so worth a phone in to see if it can be sorted

Hi Hicksbrian81,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

I've run some checks on your account and the signal is looking great! There is a little trick I'd like you to try to help speed up the TiVo®.

Just go to the Home screen and press Thumbs Down, Thumbs Up, Play, Play. You'll hear a 'ping' sound and the screen will go blank for a few seconds.

Try that and let me know how it goes!
