I have been looking into the TiVo and shes looking really well atm, which is great and it's not being affected by any over demand that we know of.
I notice that you mentioned the movement between the On Demand, are you seeing this throughout the day or just in the evenings?
It might help you by clearing the TiVo's cache, to clear the cache on the TiVo® just go to the Home screen and press Thumbs Down, Thumbs Up, Play, Play. You'll hear a 'ping' noise and the screen will go blank for a few seconds. After 30 seconds the screen should come back on and the boxes speed should increase.
